THEATRE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT Silas has been a student of the Xclaim Centre for the Arts since 2011. He is a senior homeschool student and the second oldest of 9 siblings. He has studied Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Tap dance with the fine instructors at Xclaim Centre for the Arts including: Daryse Osborne, Mary Vickery, Mariah Layne French (his mom), Bethany Lee, Ruth Keysor, Lisa D'Onofrio & Jenna Swartz. He has also attended the Ohio State University Summer Dance Intensive for two years where he enjoyed working with the prestigious faculty of the OSU dance department. Silas has served as tech crew since he was a young boy in programs beginning the Company's 8th season. This is Silas's fourth season as a dancer with the company. FEEL IT was his debut performance where he was featured in the "love" duet in the work "Get Movin' " and as a tap dancer in "Joy". He has also been featured as "Bob Cratchit" in THE CAROL. Silas is excited to continue a new chapter of growth in dance, pursuing one of his many passions! |
