INSTRUCTOR: BALLET
Ella Shaw began her dance training at the age of 3, quickly discovering her passion for the art form. In 2016, after training at BalletMet, she joined Xclaim Center for the Arts, where she studied a wide range of dance styles, including classical ballet, modern, pointe, jazz, tap, and hiphop. Ella also danced with Xclaim Dance Company from 2016 to 2022, gaining valuable experiences and performing in various seasonal productions. Ella’s love for the stage also extended to musical theater, where she further honed her performance skills. Ella continued her dance education at Hillsdale College, performing with their esteemed dance company, Hillsdale College Tower Dancers. Here she was also provided a more focused study of contemporary and modern dance. Additionally, Ella has had the opportunity to choreograph her own works for both Xclaim Dance Company and Hillsdale College Tower Dancers. She is thrilled to return to the studio where she grew up, teaching alongside the very instructors who nurtured her love for dance. With her extensive training and deep passion for the art, Ella is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with her students, helping them grow and thrive in their own dance journeys. |
