TERRIAN STEVENS

INSTRUCTOR: MODERN & TUMBLING
Terrian is a fourth year Dance Major at the Ohio State University. He received his primary training at C dance Company for the Arts, where he studied ballet and hip-hop beginning at the age of 9. He then trained at Fort Hayes Arts and Academic High School with Gabriella Stefura. His movement is inspired by spirituality, rigor and technical precision, with a well established background in Modern and African dance. Terrian has worked with choreographers and dance institutions through residencies and workshops, both locally and internationally, including: Doug Varone and Dancers, The Merce Cunningham Trust, The Limon Foundation, Thiossane West African Dance Institute, Berlin Dance Institute, Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School and others. He is excited to share his passion for movement while serving this year at Xclaim. He will be instructing students in Modern dance and Acro/Tumbling open gym. |
