DANCE TRAINEE
Cossette is currently a Junior at Tree of Life Christian School. She has been performing and chasing her passion for dance since the age of three. Growing up with a deep love for the arts, she began her movement journey early, gradually exploring a wide array of styles. Her background includes tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, modern, and African dance styles. In 2018, she had the honor of her first company collaboration, in Xclaim's "Tilt and Turn", where she played the role of Spring. Cossette has also participated in OSU's 2021 summer dance intensive where she expanded her skill set through African styles, historical lessons, and improvisational performances. Cossette is finishing up her 14th year with Xclaim's dance school, and her very first season with their company. She is excited to contribute to performances that further her technical skill, creative expression, and love for dance. She will continue to cherish every moment spent in the studio and on stage, finding a versatile outlet through the art of movement. |
