​DANCE TRAINEE
Allison is a homeschool senior and the second of four siblings. She has been passionate about dance since the age of two, beginning her training at New Albany Ballet Company. During her time there, she studied under award winning instructors Jimmy Orrante, Sonja Orrante, Tara Miller, and Amy Tremante.
At age twelve, Allison continued her dance journey at Xclaim Dance in 2020, where she has trained under Mariah French, Grace Koenig, Corrine Wood, and Brennan Johnson. Throughout her years of training, she has studied a wide range of styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and pointe.
Allison has performed a variety of roles in multiple productions of The Nutcracker, including party girl, angel, bon bon, and dragonette. She has also appeared in ballets such as The Little Mermaid and Cinderella. Since joining Xclaim, she has performed annually in The Carol for the past four years.
Last spring, Allison made her debut with the Xclaim Dance Company in their production Seventeen. As a trainee, she has enjoyed refining her technique and artistry and looks forward to continuing to grow and perform with the company in the future.
Allison will graduate in May and plans to pursue a degree in nursing, with the goal of becoming a Labor and Delivery Nurse.
